Selectron Deepens Commitment to Customer Success with Addition of Stan Reichert as Director of Customer Experience

Selectron is pleased to announce the hiring of Stan Reichert in a newly created role, Director of Customer Experience. Building on his 25+ years of experience at the City of Oklahoma City, Stan brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to enhance Selectron’s 50+ year focus on providing trusted solutions and real value to our government partners.

Furthering Selectron’s commitment to provide exceptional products and service, Stan’s focus as the Director of Customer Experience will include some of the following responsibilities:

  • Extend Selectron’s government subject matter expertise: Government agencies are unique, each with their own set of priorities and processes. Trusting a guide who has navigated those channels before will create an even more efficient experience for customers.

  • Translate customer input into better products: Selectron is in the business of helping government agencies solve challenges and creating efficiency. Stan will focus on building deep relationships with our customers and to continue evolving our products and services to meet these expanding needs.

  • Enhance communication and relationships with all customers and agencies: As a recognized authority in the industry, Stan knows the power of strong relationships and the benefit of open communication among vendors, agencies, and departments. Stan also will work on connecting these different groups and creating a channel for new ideas, best practices, and lessons learned.
